In 2002, Jenni joined the Jenny Pruitt & Associates Sandy Springs office as an agent and embraced the excitement and activity that a career in real estate affords. Her professionalism, positive attitude and genuine care for people enabled Jenni to stand out as an agent.

It soon became obvious that Jenni’s many talents and experience could be better utilized and in 2004 she was named Advertising Coordinator for the company’s corporate marketing department. One year later, Jenni was promoted to Marketing Manager. In this role Jenni worked to grow the Jenny Pruitt & Associates brand and presence in the marketplace.

In 2006, Jenni was promoted to Vice President of Career Development where she focused on agent training and coaching. She led the Career Development team and as a group they developed new training classes, educational experiences and resources to benefit our associates intellectually and professionally. Additionally, Jenni has spearheaded the company’s recruitment efforts helping attract Atlanta’s top talent to Jenny Pruitt & Associates. Jenni was named Associate Broker in 2007, bringing her talents to assist Rob Owen, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker for our Buckhead office, and an outstanding team of sales associates. She also leads and helped to launch the Classic Collection to further extend the impact of Jenny Pruitt & Associates as the luxury home leader in the marketplace.

Before joining Jenny Pruitt & Associates, Jenni worked as a Project Manager for Accenture. Clients provided such rave reviews about Jenni that in her first two years she was requested by name to lead two of the largest implementation projects on behalf of the BellSouth Corporation client.
